In-depth assistance choosing vendors, evaluating contracts, and planning details
Discounts on DIY assistance and last minute errand assistance
Help coordinating any pre-wedding parties such as engagement party, showers, bachelor & bachelorette, rehearsal dinner, etc
Starts at $1,300 ($200 deposit); final price negotiated based on hours and work necessary for other parties and/or extra meetings and DIY
Basic Day-of

$500 ($50 deposit)
Gold Package
Includes Silver Package, PLUS
In-person meeting with your planner 2-4 weeks before rehearsal/event
Extra 2 hours day-of (total: seven hours of event coverage)
$650 ($50 deposit)
Wedding à La Carte
Extra Hour of Wedding Coverage
$50 (due with final payment)
Extra Pre-Wedding Meeting
On-site: $40 per hour
Informal meeting at location agreed upon by client and planner: $20 per hour (do you want to just grab coffee and chat over your wedding binder? Sure, let’s do it!)
Payment due at time of meeting
DIY Assistance
Help with making decorations, formatting digital paper products (IE invitations, programs, place cards, etc), small sewing projects (IE handkerchiefs, garter, etc), etc
Cost determined by: complexity and time requirement of project, location where project will be completed (will planner have to travel?), any materials the planner will have to purchase
Starts at $30 — due at completion of project
Material costs may be required up front in order to make purchases
Last Minute Errand Assistance
Starts at $10 plus cost of items purchased
Payment may be due up front in order to purchase items
Party Packages
For a party at a private residence, with food that is largely catered or made ahead of time
Basic Party Package
Phone/email/text consultations before party
Your planner will arrive an hour early to help set up and finish last-minute touches
Your planner will set out and replenish food and drink buffets, clean up and wash dishes as needed, and will handle trash
Your planner will be on site a total of four hours
$120 (to be paid before your planner leaves the party)
Party Package Plus
Basic party package, PLUS
On-site meeting 1-2 weeks before your party, to discuss and assist with plans
Your planner on site for 5 hours day-of
$180 ($50 deposit to be paid at planning meeting, balance due before your planner leaves the party)
Add-Ons
Extra hour of party coverage: $30
Party at public venue, not private home: $20*
DIY assistance: starting at $30 to make decorations, format digital paper products IE invitations, etc. Price based on project complexity and scale
*Public venue fee may be waived if your planner is already familiar with the venue
